The clock is ticking towards the much anticipated arrival of what is being called the “most sophisticated car in the world”. Pricing and specifications have been released for the S 63 AMG which is scheduled for arrival at U.K. AMG dealers in November. The new S 63 will be priced from £119,565 OTR.
The S 63 AMG will set the standard for high performance saloons in the luxury segment of the marketplace with its powerful 585 hp engine. With a top speed that is electronically limited at 155 mph, the S 63 AMG will combine its 585 hp with 900 Nm of torque to propel it from zero to 62 mph is only 4.4 seconds. In spite of all this power, technological advancements and superb engineering allow it to return a generous 27 mpg with minimal emissions of just 237 g/km.
The S 63 AMG is equipped with appointments that boast of its AMG bloodline including distinctive 19” 10-spoke alloy AMG wheels, a new “Magic Body Control” based AMG sports suspension, and a thundering AMG sports exhaust system.
